Hey everyone, I've been diving into the Padgett case recently, and one thing that struck me was how peculiar it is that Ronald's body was found in such an out-of-the-way location. Spencer Road isn't exactly a high-traffic area, and it seems like a deliberately chosen spot to leave him. It really makes you wonder about the "why" behind it. Was it someone familiar with the area, thinking it would buy them time? Or was it random? Also, considering how distinct Ronald's nickname "Beer Man" was, it feels like he might have been known for something more than just a friendly face around Hickory. If anyone local remembers anything from that timeframe, any small detail might be crucial at this point. Sending thoughts to his family; they deserve answers after all these years.
