Did anyone else read about the history between Swayvone Morgan and law enforcement? I find it really concerning that his previous charge of assaulting a girlfriend was dismissed because she didn't show up in court. It makes me wonder how many times this pattern repeats itself across other cases. It’s eerie to think that maybe if things had been handled differently back then, Zayona might still be with us today. I truly feel for her family and friends who are now left picking up the pieces of this senseless tragedy. Let's hope the court system takes this seriously and justice is served for Zayona. Sending strength to all those who knew and loved her.
