Hey everyone, This case has left me feeling so heavy and just thinking about how this could happen in a place as tight-knit and calm as Northampton County is really jarring. One aspect that hits hard is the interaction between Trevor and the law enforcement during this ordeal. Imagine being one of those deputies, getting called out on a report of shots fired, and suddenly you’re under fire yourself. It must have been incredibly intense and terrifying for all involved, and honestly, thank goodness for that officer’s ballistic vest. That could have easily turned into another tragedy on top of the already devastating events of that night. Also thinking about Rebecca Knox in all of this —what a vibrant soul she seemed to be! Losing her in this way is such a painful blow, not just for her family, but for everyone who knew and loved her. It’s hard to comprehend the level of chaos and fear that unfolded in such a short span of time across multiple locations. Sending love to the entire community as they try to navigate through this.
