I’ve been following the tragic case of Jordan A. Horton and my thoughts are with his family. I can only imagine what they're going through, especially knowing how loved Jordan was by everyone around him. I wanted to discuss something that’s been bothering me: the age of the suspects involved. I feel like we really need to talk about what may drive a 16-year-old to allegedly commit such a violent crime. Could there have been warning signs or a history of behavior that was overlooked? Understanding this could be crucial in preventing future tragedies. It’s terrifying to think how quickly a young person’s life can lead down such a dark path, and it's equally painful to see another young life, like Jordan's, being ended so soon and so senselessly. What does everyone else think about this aspect? Is this a broader societal issue or something else entirely?
