Does anyone else find it alarming that Cole, with a past of violent crime, was still out on probation? It gets me thinking about the justice system and how it determines who gets probation. With such a dangerous history, it's unsettling he was able to be out and about, eventually crossing paths with Christian. My thoughts are really with Christian's family right now; these events seem like such tragic outcomes that could have been prevented with tighter controls and monitoring. It’s chilling to think that the policies in place meant to keep people safe sometimes fall short. I hope this case brings some changes to how these matters are handled. Would love to hear others’ thoughts on this.
