Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Monet McNair? I can't help but think about the impact this has had on her family and the local community in Baltimore. It’s truly devastating to know that a bright life was ended so suddenly. From what I've read, the neighborhood where it happened, around the 2600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, has seen its share of violence, but what can be done to make it safer? I've also heard the police used ShotSpotter to respond quickly. Do these systems actually help solve cases like this, or is it more about the immediate response? I really hope more people come forward with information soon. It just feels like her story needs to be heard and justice served to help start the healing process for everyone who knew and cared for her. Thoughts?
