I've been following this case closely, and my heart really goes out to the Grand Haven community, especially all those who knew Teddy and his family. I wanted to take a moment to talk about Mandy Karolkiewicz and her impact as a substitute teacher. It sounds like she touched so many young lives with her kindness and dedication. As someone who knows how essential educators are, it's devastating to think of the children who won't experience her support in the classroom anymore. Teaching is such a selfless and nurturing career, and from everything I've read, Mandy truly embodied these qualities. It must be incredibly tough for the students and colleagues at Grand Haven Area Public Schools to process such a cruel reality. Sending strength and love to everyone mourning this immense loss.
