Did anyone else notice the discrepancies in how this case is being described? I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around the police calling this an "act of negligence" while Brayden’s family insists it was intentional. It makes me wonder what kind of evidence was gathered. Did they find anything that clearly indicates premeditation, or are they relying heavily on witness testimonies from those at the sleepover? I'm also curious if there were any prior incidents between Brayden and his friend that might shed light on the intentions that night. We know teenagers can act impulsively, but the introduction of a firearm adds a whole new level of responsibility and consequence. My deepest sympathies go out to the Spinks family; they deserve all the answers and justice they seek. If anyone has more insights or information about how the case proceeded, especially concerning the legal aspects, I'd love to hear more. Cases involving juveniles often lack transparency due to privacy laws, but this can be incredibly frustrating for those of us following from the sidelines. Thank you all for contributing to this important discussion.
