It's so puzzling how some pieces of Ralph Parker's disappearance seem to fit together, while others remain a complete mystery. I’ve been thinking about the life preserver and bait buckets found during the search. Without clear evidence linking them to Ralph, it's frustrating that they haven’t brought us any closer to answers. Could they have been his or just someone else's left behind? And if they were Ralph's, why would they be separated from the boat or him? It's these little details that keep me up at night, wondering about the possibilities. With no sign of the boat itself, I hope someone out there might remember seeing something that day that could shed light on this unsettling case. Hope we find closure someday.
Has anyone looked into the local weather conditions on the day Ralph Parker went missing? Given that his brother mentioned Ralph went back out alone in the skiff after 9:00 AM, it's possible the weather might have turned unexpectedly, causing difficulties for such a small vessel. I wonder if sudden strong currents, winds, or even fog could have played a factor. It's been almost three decades, and while I know it's a long shot, maybe someone remembers something unusual about that morning. If dangerous conditions were reported, it might provide some insight into what Ralph encountered out there. Every little detail could help piece this puzzle together.
