Reading about Esteven Contreras' tragic death is truly unsettling. My thoughts go out to his family and friends who are undoubtedly going through a rough time trying to process what happened. I can't stop thinking about how Eduardo Bojorquez turned himself in so quickly. It's unusual and makes me wonder if this was a sudden act or if there were more layers to the relationship between these two men. There's got to be more to the story, and I hope that investigators can uncover the motive behind such a senseless act of violence. Living near Hesperia myself, it's jarring to think this happened in an area many of us pass through daily without a second thought.
