Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about Cleo Fish's case and how it was tied to that horrific spree at Drake Hospital. It's chilling to think that she and so many others were under the care of someone they thought they could trust, only to be betrayed when they were most vulnerable. I find it deeply unsettling that hospital staff had raised concerns about the sudden spike in deaths, yet the pattern went unnoticed for so long. It's a terrifying reminder of how crucial it is to listen to those gut feelings and act on them. Cleo's death is particularly haunting because despite the method being the same—cyanide poisoning—the accounts differ on whether it was orange juice or cranberry juice. It just makes me wonder about the confusion and chaos during those times as staff tried to piece together what was happening. Sending so much love to Cleo's family and all the families affected by these senseless acts. It's horrifying to imagine what they must have gone through during those months of uncertainty. Does anyone here know if there's any memorial or way to honor the victims from that tragedy? ?
