Hey everyone, I'm diving deep into Susan Glaser's case again, and something about the remains found in the Tomorrow River keeps bothering me. They identified Susan's remains in 2014, but they found them back in 1998. Why the long delay in identification? I know DNA analysis has evolved over the years, but it seems like such a significant time gap. Was it just a backlog or oversight, or could there have been some other reason for that delay? Just thinking that if her remains were identified sooner, maybe more leads could have been followed back then. Anyone else have thoughts on this or insights into how these ID processes work?
Has anyone else looked into the timeline around when Susan's estranged boyfriend committed suicide? It’s always seemed odd to me. From what I’ve gathered, Susan was officially reported missing more than three months after she was last heard from, but it seems like her boyfriend’s actions in October could be more than just a coincidence. He made some pretty concerning statements about her before he died, right? It makes me wonder if his suicide was related to guilt or fear of being implicated somehow. If anyone has more detailed info or theories about this angle, I’d love to hear your thoughts. It feels like there might be more to uncover behind those events in October 1995.
Has anyone else noticed the strange timing around Susan Glaser's missing persons report being filed? She disappeared in July 1995, but her family didn't report her missing until October 19, 1995. I wonder if there were any factors that caused this delay, like maybe they thought she’d gone on a trip or there were issues within the family that complicated things. Also, given that her estranged boyfriend had made some alarming comments before taking his own life, I can't help but think there might be more pieces to unravel about her life in those months leading up to October. It just adds another layer to this complicated case. Anyone with theories or insights?
