Does anyone else find the role of surveillance cameras in this case fascinating? It's chilling to think how much of our daily lives can be captured on video, but in situations like this, it can be crucial for justice. The footage showing Eliel Argudo-Tenorio retrieving the gun and approaching Malik is haunting. It's almost like a piece of a puzzle that the investigators use to see the truth of what happened. I’ve been thinking of Malik's family and friends as they grapple with the loss. I can't even begin to fathom the depth of their grief. It's awful to lose someone so suddenly, especially in such a senseless manner. But the use of technology to piece together the sequence of events might offer some clarity and help in holding the perpetrator accountable. It's strange to say, but in this era of constant surveillance, at least the cameras can serve a purpose.
