I'm devastated to hear about the heinous events that took place at JAT Partner Logistics in Midland. I can only imagine what Jeff Waugh's family is going through right now. Having lost someone who was not only a coworker but such a beloved father and friend must be incredibly difficult. It makes you wonder about the environment at workplaces and if anyone noticed warning signs from the suspect before this tragedy occurred. Were there any red flags, or was this completely out of the blue? It's frightening to think that just showing up to your job could end so violently. I hope the investigation will shed some light on why this happened and if anything could have been done to prevent it. Above all, my thoughts are with Jeff's children, Dionna and Davian. Losing a parent is a profound loss, and I truly hope they have a strong support system around them during this unimaginable time. If anyone here hears about ways we can support the family, please share. It feels like the community should really come together to remember not just the violence, but the man Jeff was and the love he shared with others.
