I've been following the tragic case of Norman Hardieway, and my heart goes out to his family, especially his grandmother Cynthia, who has already endured so much. What I find particularly haunting is that Norman was simply out with friends, enjoying a summer evening when his life was so abruptly and violently taken. It highlights how senseless and random violence can be. The fact that no arrests have been made is incredibly frustrating, and it must be so difficult for his family to find closure when justice hasn't been served. I can't help but wonder what more can be done by the community and law enforcement to bring those responsible to justice. It's a stark reminder of how important it is to create safer environments for our youth. Norman had aspirations and dreams, just like any other teenager, and it’s devastating to think that he's been robbed of the chance to fulfill them. I'm hoping that someone with information will come forward soon. No family should have to endure this kind of pain.
