I can't stop thinking about the impact that this had on Donna's coworkers and how they must be dealing with this incredible trauma. It's awful to imagine going to work and witnessing such a terrible event—something so sudden and violent in a place you associate with safety and normalcy. I hope they are being offered all the mental health support and resources they need right now. The ripples of domestic violence are far-reaching, affecting everyone in its path, even those indirectly involved. My heart goes out to them, as well as Donna’s family and friends. No one should have to experience something like this, and it's a reminder of the importance of supporting each other through these unspeakable events.
