It's truly distressing to think about Leighton Brown's family and friends during this time. Losing someone so suddenly and violently is beyond comprehension, and I can't imagine what they're going through. :( Something that I've been really pondering over is the time of the incident—right around 1 a.m. It's such an odd and unsettling time for something like this to happen, not that there's ever a good time. It makes me wonder about Leighton's last moments and what could have possibly led to this confrontation at that hour. Did he know Terrence Glenn prior to this? Was there some ongoing dispute, or did it all just erupt in that moment? The investigation will no doubt dive into these questions, but I can't help but think these details could provide some semblance of peace or closure for the family if answers are found. The neighborhood's reaction is also something I think about. Having such a tragic event happen there must have shaken everyone. It's so important that the community continues to support each other and remember Leighton for the person he was, not just as another statistic in the city's records. Sending thoughts of strength to all those touched by this tragedy.
