I've been following Jason Mackey Jr.'s tragic case, and my heart goes out to his family, friends, and the entire Dayton community. One thing that really stands out to me and feels crucial in this investigation is the accessibility of firearms. How did a 16-year-old come to possess a gun? This is a critical question that needs answering for everyone's peace of mind and to prevent similar tragedies in the future. Also, the lack of clarity around who was present when the shooting occurred raises concerns. Was there any adult supervision, or was Jason alone at the time? There needs to be an understanding of the environment and possibly the influence of others during this incident. For all those affected, I hope the ongoing investigation by the Dayton Police provides some much-needed answers and closure.
