Just stumbled upon the case of James Murray Duxbury and can't shake this eerie feeling about it. The detail that's got me scratching my head is the bike. I mean, a whole mountain bike just disappearing along with him? You'd think after all these years, something—a piece of the bike, the helmet, something—should've turned up, right? It seems odd that there's been absolutely no trace. It's almost like it was plucked off the earth. Does anyone else here find that intriguing, or am I the only one? I'm just curious about how a whole bike can vanish into thin air like that.
Hey everyone, I was digging through some old cases and came across the disappearance of James Murray Duxbury back in '97. Something caught my attention about the missing SEARS mountain bike he was riding. I mean, could it be possible that the bike just didn’t go far? It’s so strange that both James and the bike seemed to vanish without a trace. I read that the Skagit County Sheriff's Office conducted searches from the ground and air, so it just piques my curiosity: Could the bike have been overlooked during those aerial searches, maybe hidden under dense foliage or even submerged somewhere? It's frustrating how quickly nature can reclaim things. Wondering if anyone else thinks it might have been missed or has there been any talk about searching from a different angle over the years?
