Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Keshawn Lewis-Hunt, and one thing that really struck me is the role he played during the altercation. It breaks my heart knowing that he was trying to help and calm things down when this whole terrible event unfolded. From what his friends and teammates have said, it seems like this was just who Keshawn was—a peacemaker. It's so upsetting to see yet another young life taken by gun violence, especially when he stepped in with intent to do good. I'm thinking about his family, friends, and the entire community still reeling from this senseless act. It’s worth mentioning that too often, those who act bravely in the face of conflict pay the highest price. Are there any community initiatives or forums starting in Harvey to address gun violence and promote peace? I feel like there must be a way to honor Keshawn's memory by working towards preventing something like this from happening again.
