Does anyone else find it deeply concerning that the ICE officers involved in the tragic shooting of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo weren't wearing body cameras? In this day and age, it seems almost inexcusable for federal agents to conduct operations without them, especially given how crucial they can be in determining accountability. Lorenzo’s family deserves to see exactly what happened that morning—not just for closure, but to ensure justice is served. It's tough not to feel frustrated for his family; their grief is compounded by all these unanswered questions. Body cameras could have provided clarity in a case that's already so divisive and painful. It’s heartbreaking to think that a device as simple as a camera could have made such a difference here.
