I can't stop thinking about the community's response to Jacoby Green's passing. It's truly refreshing to see how the neighborhood has come together in such a difficult time. The vigil at Fellowship Christian Church, with the prayer and balloon release, must have been incredibly moving for those who attended. It really underlines the importance of community support and how it can bring some comfort, even if just a little, to those grieving. I'm curious if this rallying might also help spur more community involvement in confronting local issues, like gun violence. How can other communities take a cue from them and foster such unity in the face of tragedy? Sending strength to everyone involved.
