Has anyone noticed the particularly troubling aspect of how the suspect had already threatened to "take care of it himself" if the noise wasn't resolved? It seems like a clear escalation warning that was overlooked. It's incredibly concerning that something like this could spiral so far out of control, leading to such a tragic end. It's heartbreaking to think about how this could have been prevented with mediation or quicker intervention from the building's management. How does this kind of threat not trigger a more immediate response from authorities or landlords? Greg's son, having had to witness this, is a reminder of the consequences of ignoring warning signs. Maybe we can discuss signs that people in Greg's situation might watch for or where someone might turn if they feel threatened. It's important that we remember him and figure out ways that might prevent future tragedies, out of respect for him and those he loved.
