Yesterday’s balloon release for Camar was such a poignant gathering. My heart goes out to his family and friends who came together to honor his memory and call for change. It's so important that the community shows support during this tough time. Camar seemed to have touched many lives, reflected in the stories shared by those who knew him. It's a stark reminder of how urgent it is to tackle the root causes of youth violence. The tragedy of losing someone so young, full of potential, weighs heavy on us all. Attending events like the balloon release might not change the past, but it does strengthen community bonds and emphasize the urgent need for action. Let's hope that this collective grief can lead to meaningful steps towards preventing further tragedies. My thoughts are with those affected, and I truly hope for healing and justice for Camar.
