I have been following the Mary Bramel case, and my thoughts keep going back to the tragic situation their son found himself in. I can't begin to imagine the turmoil of witnessing such a horrific event and bravely trying to intervene. It must be incredibly difficult to process everything that happened, especially having to call 911 after such a traumatic encounter with his own father. The emotional scars from an incident like this are profound and enduring. Having to wrestle for the weapon, alone in those awful moments, and then hearing the subsequent gunshots while outside—it’s just too much for anyone to bear. My heart goes out to him, and I truly hope he has a strong support system to help him through such a dark time. Sending thoughts of healing and peace to Mary’s loved ones, especially her son, as they navigate through this tragedy.
