Has anyone else noticed the ongoing issue with safety in that area around Fordham Heights? It's so distressing that Amaury Toro's life was taken in such a violent manner right on the Grand Concourse. This bustling area is supposed to be a safe place for everyone, and it should feel like a community, not a danger zone. It's troubling that even after such a tragic event, we still don't have answers. No arrests have been made, and the neighborhood continues to reel from this senseless act of violence. For Amaury's family and his two children, the uncertainty must be unbearable right now. They deserve to know what happened that night and to see justice served. It's inspiring to see the community come together to demand action against gun violence, but it's equally frustrating that it takes tragedies like this to highlight the problem. Hoping that someone with information is brave enough to step forward soon. His family and the Bronx community need closure.
