I've been following Ceicilia's case closely and something that really struck me is the courage and desperation it must have taken for her friend to rush her to the hospital. Given the circumstances, I can't even imagine the fear and panic they must have felt, trying to get help as quickly as possible. It's sobering to think about how our decisions in split seconds can alter the course of events so drastically. As hard as it is, I hope this friend knows they did everything they possibly could in that moment. It's a reminder that sometimes we find strength we didn't know we had when faced with a crisis. My heart goes out to CeCe’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
