I've been following the tragic case of Mario Butler and just can't get over the unsettling lack of transparency surrounding it. It's deeply concerning that nearly six months after the incident, we're still in the dark about who exactly has been charged or even arrested. Given that Memphis Police initially hinted that the suspect knew Mario, you'd think we'd have a clearer picture by now. The community deserves answers, especially Mario's family and friends who are no doubt desperately seeking justice and closure. It must be so difficult for them to see reports of the case being "solved" without any substantial details. This lack of clarity not only leaves us with unanswered questions but also heightens the sense of unease in Frayser and beyond. What can we, as community members, do to push for more transparency here? Sending my heartfelt wishes to all of Mario's loved ones as they navigate this confusing time.
