I've been reading up on the Isabel Rodriguez case, and something's been bugging me about the pressure-washing incident with her husband, Jesus. If the vehicle smelled like decomposition, wouldn't that be pretty significant? I wonder if any forensic evidence was pulled from the truck before or after the wash. In similar cases, even after attempts to clean up, there’s often trace evidence left behind. It makes me think about how critical timing is when it comes to gathering these clues. Does anyone know if the investigators used any specialized techniques to try and recover evidence from the vehicle? Or was anything mentioned during the trials about what they did or didn't find?
I recently came across Isabel Rodriguez's case, and one detail that sticks with me is the pressure-washing of Jesus Rodriguez's vehicle. I've read that certain chemicals can be almost impossible to completely remove from a surface, and I'm curious if any were detected on or in the truck. Could modern advancements in forensic technology have been able to uncover more in this instance? It seems like the presence of decomposition odors should have sparked further investigation or the use of advanced techniques. It's baffling to think about what might have been missed or could still be hidden. Does anyone know if there's a chance for this kind of evidence to be revisited with current technology?
