Just learned about the tragic passing of Jontae Harris in Albany, and it's been weighing heavily on my mind. Such a promising young life ended so unexpectedly. From what I gather, it was a terrible accident involving someone he knew. It's distressing to think about the impact this has on both Jontae's family and the other person involved. Accidental or not, the emotional toll must be immense for everyone connected to this incident. I've seen some cases where similar situations lead to huge changes in gun safety conversations in communities. Maybe this will prompt some local discussions or initiatives. My thoughts are with his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
