I’ve been following the case of Jericho and Tania Mangual, and I can't stop thinking about the impact on Jericho’s school and community in Barberton. A 12-year-old losing his life is so difficult to comprehend, and I can't imagine the support his classmates and teachers need right now. The district is providing counseling, but can anyone here speak on how the school community is coping with such a loss? I’m curious if there are special tributes planned for Jericho or initiatives to help his peers process this tragedy. Jericho was just a kid with his whole life ahead of him, and it’s incredibly sad that the students and staff have to grapple with this kind of violence. It’s not something any community should have to endure.
