I can't stop thinking about how quick everything escalated for Zykelon and Otis that night. Imagine going out for a drive or a meet-up, and it turning into a nightmare within moments. It’s made me wonder about the moments leading up to the crash and the shooting—what was going through their minds? Were they just innocent victims caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, or was there something more to it? It breaks my heart to think about the families of these young men, who will never have the closure they so desperately need. It's important we keep talking about the human side behind these statistics—two lives lost way too soon. Wishing strength and peace to their loved ones as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
