I've been thinking a lot about the impact that violence is having on our communities, especially after hearing about what happened to Vernon Richards. It's so hard to see another case where a life was lost, and families are left to deal with the aftermath. The Central District seems to be really struggling with repeated incidents like this. I can't help but wonder what more can be done to prevent these tragic events. It feels like every week, there’s another one, and sometimes, it's easy to forget that behind every headline, real people are suffering. What stood out to me in this case is the fact that, despite a public advisory for information, we still don’t have any leads or suspects. How does a city deal with that kind of frustration? Apparently, the other victim hasn't been named or discussed much in the reports either. I really hope they’re okay and can offer some insight for the investigation. Is there any organization in Baltimore that's working to address this kind of violence? It's crucial to support any efforts that can bring justice and change. My heart goes out to Vernon’s family and everyone affected. Let's keep the conversation going and see if we can somehow make a difference, no matter how small.
