Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case out of Stratford with Paul Balzarano, and something that's really been on my mind is the role of the firearms involved. I mean, it's deeply concerning how easily a weapon can be illegally modified. The fact that the Glock used was altered to become fully automatic just raises so many questions about illegal modifications and the availability of these devices. It scares me to think about how someone so young, like Robert Kopasz, could get their hands on something so dangerous. My heart goes out to Paul's family and friends—they must be going through so much right now, trying to make sense of this loss. A community should never have to endure such trauma. It’s crushing to hear stories where firearms are misused in such violent acts. I hope that this case brings more awareness and possibly tighter controls on these kinds of modifications.
