Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the response from emergency services and wondering if there could be improvements in their protocols or resources to help save lives in these situations. It's so tragic that Deangelo Scott lost his life despite the quick arrival of D.C. Fire and EMS. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must be going through right now. Does anyone know if this area has been experiencing a rise in crime recently? I've read that sometimes shifts in local crime rates can impact how emergency services are deployed. If there's anything the community can do to support recovery efforts or help prevent future tragedies, I'd love to contribute. Deangelo and his loved ones deserve justice and peace, and it's heartbreaking to see another young life taken too soon.
