Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the details of the Jarmel Benjamin Ellis case in Sumter, SC. Reading about what happened inside that Mitchell Street home is truly unsettling. It's hard not to wonder what kind of history or events led up to such a tragic outcome. The fact that it was "domestic-related" seems to suggest personal conflict played a big role. I can't imagine what Jarmel's family is going through right now. To find out that someone you love has been shot in a place that's supposed to feel safe — it's unimaginable. My heart really goes out to them, and I hope they're surrounded by supportive friends and community. Also, does anyone else find the silence on the details a bit concerning? I mean, with Devon Brown being the only suspect right now, I wonder if there’s more to the story that we’re not seeing.
