I'm finding it so hard to wrap my head around what happened in Greencastle. Such a senseless tragedy for Buffi Camille Smith and her family. My heart goes out to her loved ones as they face this unimaginable loss. I’ve been thinking a lot about that little community being infiltrated by such violence. It's frightening to think about how safe spaces can suddenly become scenes of horror. What really gets to me is the reported desperation of Larry Seville's act. It seems like a culmination of unresolved issues and emotions, and the tragic result is now leaving a family to pick up the pieces. I wonder if there were signs of trouble in the past? Maybe something legal might have prevented him from getting to her. If anyone knows more about what the community of Greencastle is doing to cope or any local memorials being planned in Buffi’s honor, I’d appreciate hearing about it. It's times like these when communities need to come together and support one another.
