I've been following the Oakland case closely, and it's truly a sorrowful situation for everyone involved, especially Isaanae Morton's family. I keep thinking about how First Fridays is supposed to be a time for community and art, a chance for people to come together and enjoy themselves. It's so distressing to see something that should have been a fun night turn into such unimaginable violence. One thing that's been nagging at me is the role of that BMW sedan in the timeline. It seems like things escalated so quickly after the initial shooting, and I'm curious about how much of this was planned versus a spur-of-the-moment retaliation. Did Michael Baxter and Reginald Jackson already have something against Sharp and Morton? How did they know where to find them so quickly after the confrontation at First Fridays? I really hope the investigators can piece together a clearer picture of what led to this tragedy. It's important for Isaanae and Derrick Hubbard's loved ones to find some kind of closure. Anyone else have thoughts on how pivotal that car was in everything happening so fast?
