It's incredibly difficult to read about such a devastating tragedy, and my heart goes out to the families and loved ones of those affected. I've been reflecting on the role of community support in the aftermath of the Cedar Grove incident. I've seen in other communities how neighbors and local organizations can come together to provide comfort, financial aid, and advocacy for the survivors and victims' families. I wonder if there's currently any organized effort in Shreveport to assist those impacted by the unimaginable loss of these young lives. It's vital for the community to unite in times like these to support healing and justice. Does anyone know if the city has started any funds or support groups? Or if there’s a way for those of us from afar to contribute? Every bit of solidarity helps, and even from a distance, many of us are keen to offer our support in any way possible.
