Has anyone else been following the developments in TreVon Riggins' case? I recently read about his involvement with the NEW B.O.Y. mentorship program, and it struck me just how much he was striving to make a difference in his own life and, potentially, others as well. It's devastating when a young person, full of potential and on a promising path, is taken from this world in such a senseless act of violence. I keep thinking about how he was trying to start his own business. At just 15 years old! It makes you wonder what might have been, you know? His story really underscores how important those positive youth programs are. I hope the community can rally around all the young people affected by this, not just to remember TreVon, but to prevent this kind of tragedy from happening again. If any updates come through or if anyone knows how the community is continuing to honor his legacy, please share.
