Mental health issues often remain hidden until it’s too late, so I can't help but wonder whether there were signs that went unnoticed or unaddressed. Perhaps this is a call to all of us to be more aware and supportive of our loved ones, looking out for changes in behavior and seeking help when needed. Such tragedies remind us of the importance of openly discussing mental health and ensuring support systems are in place. My heart goes out to their family and friends who are undoubtedly facing an immense amount of grief and confusion.
