It's so difficult to wrap my head around what happened in Kearns to Kaylene Allred and her family. Something that I find particularly haunting is the fact that she was on the phone with 911 when the violence unfolded. I can't even begin to comprehend the fear and desperation she must have felt in those moments, trying to protect her family and herself while seeking help. It's also chilling to think about how quickly things escalated after that initial 911 call, going from a request for assistance to the unbearable tragedy it became. This case is a devastating reminder of how quickly circumstances can spiral out of control and the importance of resources for those in volatile domestic situations. My heart goes out to Brittany and Christian as they recover, both physically and emotionally, from such a life-altering night. Sending nothing but love and comfort to all who knew and cherished Kaylene. ?
