Has anyone looked into Eddie Garcia Partida's dental appointment in Tijuana for possible leads? It always seemed odd to me that we haven't heard more about where he was supposed to be going that day and why. Did he actually make it to the dentist's office, and has anyone interviewed the staff or checked appointment records? I know it was over the border, which might complicate things, but sometimes the smallest overlooked detail can open a new path. His case has been cold for far too long.
