Has anyone looked into the security protocols at the Five Star Banquet Hall? I'm appalled at how a situation escalated to such a tragic end, and it makes me wonder about the training (or lack thereof) the security staff might have had. Kendrick English deserved to be treated with respect, not hostility, especially when he was just trying to join in on a celebration. This shooting seems utterly senseless, and I can't help but think that with proper de-escalation training and maybe some compassion, Francisco Navarro Sanchez might have reacted differently. It's absolutely devastating for Kendrick’s family and friends, to lose someone they love in such a violent manner. My thoughts are with them as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
