Has anyone else been trying to pinpoint the exact date Karina was last seen? The reports seem conflicted, with mentions of both May 2nd and June 26th in 2006. I feel like nailing down the correct date might help jog someone’s memory who was in the area at the time. Also, being left near a highway is such a peculiar detail. Was the group she was with ever identified or interviewed? It just seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle is missing here. Anyone know more about the group she was reportedly with?
I have been digging into Karina's disappearance timeline and something just doesn't add up about the group she was with. There are conflicting accounts of when exactly she was last seen – May 2nd or June 26th? Was the group confused, or is there more to this? Given the 90-minute distance south of Tucson by the highway, there must have been eyewitnesses or even security camera footage if they stopped by any gas station or rest area. Does anyone know if local businesses or law enforcement have been approached about potential video evidence? I feel like this could be a crucial piece of the puzzle.
I’ve been reading through Karina's case, and something has been bugging me about the dates. Reports are really inconsistent regarding when she was last seen. Some mention May 2, 2006, while others state June 26, 2006. That’s nearly two months apart—how can that be? Can anyone clarify or point to a reason why there's such a discrepancy in the timeline? It seems like a crucial detail where even a single day can make a huge difference in terms of tracking movements and sightings. Also, being left 90 minutes south of Tucson by a highway seems so specific. Does anyone know if it was a rest area or just a random stretch of road? Any insight or theories would be appreciated.
