I've been following Cody Ray Thompson's case and it's really been weighing on my mind, especially the details about his truck being found burned with him inside. I can't imagine what his family is going through, having to deal with not only his loss but also the horrific circumstances surrounding it. The idea that someone could do this to a neighbor and then try to cover it up in such a brutal way is beyond disturbing. I’m thankful they caught Todd Stevens, but it’s chilling that he managed to cross multiple state lines before they found him. I hope justice is served swiftly and that Cody's family finds even a sliver of peace amidst this nightmare. Anyone else here feel like the community is still in shock? I wonder how everyone in Bronson is coping with such a tragic loss.
