I just can't help but think about the immense loss the arts community has experienced with Jarod's passing. A friend of mine had the privilege of seeing him perform at the Muny, and they described his voice as something truly extraordinary. It's heart-wrenching to think that the world will never get to see his full potential realized. I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through. From what I've read, he seemed like someone who truly brought joy and positivity to everyone around him. His involvement with the Muny Kids and COCA showcases his dedication to his craft and his vibrant spirit. It’s these memories that will hopefully bring some comfort to those grieving. This has got to be a reminder of how fleeting life can be, and how important it is to cherish those moments we have with our loved ones. Sending love and strength to Jarod’s family, friends, and everyone who got to know such an amazing person.
