Has anyone looked into the security protocols at Paragon Gardens during the time Troy Nelms went missing? It seems really concerning that someone with Alzheimer's and limited mobility could just disappear without anyone noticing until it was too late. The fact that there was a lawsuit alleging negligence makes me wonder what kind of procedures were in place and if any changes were made afterwards. Was there a history of incidents at the facility, or was this a one-off situation? If anyone has any insight into how these care homes operated back then, it'd be interesting to see if systemic issues could've contributed to Troy's mysterious disappearance.
