Does anyone remember if any local events were happening around Canonsburg on July 18, 2006? A parade, festival, or any big gathering that might have drawn people's attention? I’m trying to piece together the atmosphere of the area when Jason Higgins disappeared. Sometimes these events bring outsiders into town or create unusual foot traffic. We might find someone who saw something or has pictures from that day that could provide clues. Even small details could be important. Would love to hear from anyone who was around back then or has insight into that day.
