Has anyone else looked into the "barefoot" detail of Christopher Wayne Bailey's case? It's always seemed odd to me. Walking shoeless along Route 270 feels significant, almost like a clue to what was going on in his mind that day. I've always wondered if those close to him could shed more light on why he might have been without shoes. Could it have been related to his mental health at the time? Perhaps someone who saw him might remember that detail and come forward. Sometimes small things can jog memories, and it’s such an unusual characteristic in this case that I can't help but feel there's more to it. If anyone has thoughts or theories, I'd love to hear them.
